Q: Does the Printka printer need ink?
A: Nope! Printka uses thermal printing technology, so you’ll never need ink cartridges or toners. Just load a roll of thermal paper and print away.

Q: What can I print with it?
A: Labels, to-do lists, revision notes, journal stickers, QR codes, barcodes, mini photos, and more — directly from the free companion app.

Q: Is the print quality good?
A: Yes — our printers use 203 DPI resolution (crisp and clear for text, labels, and images).

Q: Can I print photos?
A: Yes, you can print black & white photos. They come out sharp, but remember thermal paper is monochrome (no color).

📱 Compatibility

Q: Does it work with iPhone/Android?
A: Yes! Printka connects via Bluetooth 5.0 to both iOS and Android devices using our free app.

Q: Do I need WiFi?
A: Nope — Bluetooth connection is enough. You can print anywhere, anytime.

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: On a full charge, you can print up to 6–8 rolls of paper before needing to recharge.

Q: How do I charge it?
A: With the included USB-C cable (compatible with any standard USB charger).

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship worldwide. Orders are sent from our closest warehouse (UK, EU, or global partners) for faster delivery.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A:

  • UK/EU: 3–7 business days

  • US: 7–12 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–15 business days

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes — all Printka printers come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects.

Q: Do you sell extra paper rolls?
A: Yes! You can order refills (white, colored, or sticker paper) directly from our store.

Q: Can I use other paper rolls?
A: We recommend using Printka rolls for best quality, but other compatible 57–26 mm thermal paper will also work.
